One needs to remain fit and healthy for a long and prosperous life. However, for most of us life runs at lightning speed making it really difficult to take out time for ourselves. To make your life easy, we bring you some effective health and fitness tips to practice on the go without spending hours.

No one is asking you to spend all your day on a treadmill or wear your running shoes all day long. Staying fit is not a task and you do not need to make it so difficult. All you need to do is take out just fifteen minutes of your free time and religiously carry on your workout regime.

You can also make a list of the things that are important to be done during your free time. It can be watching a movie, running, working out or anything when you are free. You can further prioritize what is more important and what can be done at a later time period. Make sure running and exercising are on the top though.

When you are overly tired after work, instead of ordering food from that pizza joint, you can make yourself some healthy and easy to make food items. There are various food items that you can make in less than fifteen minutes, which are also very healthy.

If you are one of those who spend most of their office hours attending those tele meetings, instead of sitting at one place, walk. Not only will it keep you fit and healthy but you will also feel less tired. Losing weight and staying healthy was never this easy.

During office hours, you can either give in to your hunger pangs or do something about it. Do not at any cost end up munching a bag of chips. Get yourself some fruits and low fat munchies. You can also keep a box of sprouts and eat them whenever you are feeling really hungry.

It is not too difficult to take out some time from your busy schedule and stay healthy after all.
