The well-marked low pressure area over Telangana, Vidarbha and adjoining Chhattisgarh will continue to give good rain over parts of Telangana including Hyderabad, Marathwada and Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and Southeast Madhya Pradesh. Light to moderate rains will also occur over Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Odisha.
Konkan and Goa will also continue with moderate to heavy rains at many places of the region. Mumbai is also expected to witness some good showers on Sunday. Meanwhile, Coastal Karnataka will have light to moderate rains. Intensity of Monsoon rains will also increase over Kerala.
A trough is also seen extending from Bihar up to this weather system. Due to this, light to moderate rains are likely over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and parts of Jharkhand.
Northeast India including sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim will also continue with light to moderate showers.
Meanwhile, in absence of any significant weather, entire Northwest India will witness mainly dry weather conditions.
