Heat to make a comeback in South Europe, North Europe to receive rain

This past seven to ten days have been quite pleasant for most parts of Europe after nearly a fortnight of scorching heat from Spain to Italy, Balkans to Poland. This cool weather will not last long as a high pressure area is developing over Southern, Central and Eastern Europe. This high pressure area will encourage dry weather and heat buildup over the region. The major cities that will be affected are Madrid, Berlin, Milan, Budapest, Warsaw and Bucharest.
