    The winter season in Bangalore begins in December and continues till February. The temperatures during these months are pleasant and comfortable, making it the best time to visit the beautiful city. This is the best time to be in Bangalore and escape the bone chilling temperatures of North India.
    Summers in Bangalore
    The summer season in Bangalore begins in March and lasts till the end of May. The average day temperature in the city during the summer season settles at a comfortable 33°C. April and May with an average monthly temperature of 34°C and 33°C, respectively are the hottest summer months for the city. However, the temperature still remains at a comfortable level.

    The city observes moderate rain during the monsoon season from June to September. During the southwest monsoon season the city observes 550 mm of average rainfall. September is the rainiest month with 200 mm of average rainfall. Also, the city observes good rains during the Northeast Monsoon season from October to December.
    Places to see in Bangalore
    Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore Palace, Tipu Sultan’s Palace and Fort, Lalbagh Botanical Garden and Cubbon Park are some of the tourist attractions in the city. The Bangalore palace was built in 1887 by Chamaraja Wodeyar and was inspired by England's Windsor Castle. Ulsoor Lake, spread over an area of 125 acres is another tourist hot spot. Boating and swimming pool are the main attractions of the lake.
