A cyclonic circulation is over East Bihar and adjoining Jharkhand and West Bengal. Another cyclonic circulation is seen over Assam. In fact, moderate humid winds are feeding moisture over Bangladesh.

In wake of these combined weather phenomenon, the intensity of rain is now likely to increase over the country during the next 24 hours.

Thus, moderate to heavy spells of rain and thunderstorm are expected to continue over many parts of Bangladesh. These pre-Monsoon activities will be more intense over the southern and central districts of the country.

Along with intense pre-Monsoon rains, strong gusty winds are also likely to blow over many places across the country. Lightning strikes may also appear with the showers. These activities are expected to continue for the next 24 to 48 hours.

These heavy showers may also lead to flash floods and water logging across many regions of the country. Therefore, these violent thunderstorm activities may disrupt the normal day to day life across the country.

In wake of the rains, the temperatures are also expected to reduce over the country.
