The Cyclonic Circulation is over North Madhya Pradesh and adjoining areas. A Trough is extending across Chhattisgarh to Northeast Bay of Bengal. Therefore, moderate rains with one or two heavy spells can be seen over Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.Jabalpur, Damoh, Guna, Ratlam, Ujjain, Bhopal, and Indore in Madhya Pradesh while Bilaspur, Raipur in Chhattisgarh are likely to see moderate to heavy rains. Whereas light to moderate rains are possible over parts of Vidarbha, South Konkan and Goa, Southeast Rajasthan. Also, light rains will be seen over North Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and Gujarat. During this time, Mumbai may receive light rains with scattered light rains over Bihar.
In the eastern parts of the country, West Bengal, parts of Odisha, Jharkhand, East Uttar Pradesh to see moderate showers with one or two heavy spells wherein Ranchi and Kolkata will get to see moderate showers. Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh may also receive scattered light to moderate rains.
Down South, Kerala and Coastal Karnataka may receive good rains with scattered rains over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, parts of Telangana, and South Interior Karnataka. Whereas light rains will be seen over Tamil Nadu and Rayalaseema. Andaman and Nicobar Islands may receive moderate to heavy rains. Hence, we can say that light rains will be see over Bengaluru and Hyderabad with nearly dry weather in Chennai.
Finally, up in the North, moderate rains are possible over few places of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh with isolated spells over Jammu and Kashmir. Light to moderate rains will be seen over West Uttar Pradesh with one or two short localised thundery activity may occur over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and NCR.
