The Western Disturbance has moved away, and northerly winds are blowing over the northern plains, but the remnants of Western Disturbance will continue to give light rain and snow with one or two moderate spells over Western Himalayas. While isolated rains may occur over the northern districts of Punjab, Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh. The minimums will fall by two to three degrees across the northern plains. Moderate to dense fog is also possible over parts of Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi.
Delhi pollution will remain in the unhealthy category and isolated pockets may even witness pollution in very poor level.
In East and Northeast India, a north-south trough is extending from Bihar to North Karnataka. Scattered rain and thundershowers may continue over parts of Bihar and Jharkhand. A Cyclonic Circulation can be seen over East Bangladesh and adjoining parts. Light rain and snow are possible over Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh while isolated over Assam. West Bengal and Odisha will witness dry weather conditions.
Meanwhile in Central India, light to moderate rain and thundershower is possible over parts of Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh but the weather of Rajasthan and Gujarat along with Maharashtra and West Madhya Pradesh will be dry. The minimums over Gujarat and Rajasthan will drop further.
Down South, a Trough is extending from Sri Lanka to the Tamil Nadu coast. Scattered light to moderate rains is possible over Tamil Nadu and parts of Kerala. The weather of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana will be dry.
