A cyclonic circulation is seen over Haryana. Another cyclonic circulation is marked over East Uttar Pradesh and adjoining Bihar. A trough is extending from Haryana up to Tripura where a feeble cyclonic circulation can be marked. Hence, moderate to dense fog may occur all along the trough line.
Dense to very dense will continue over most of northwest plains including Delhi-NCR, as well as eastern parts of the country will witness similar weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Central India will continue with dry and clear weather conditions but with humid winds reaching up to the region, minimum temperatures may increase marginally.
Down south, light rain may occur over Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar islands on account of the trough persisting over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Sri Lanka. Rest parts of South India will remain mainly dry.
