A fresh Western Disturbance will approach the Western Himalayas which will induce a Cyclonic Circulation over Central Pakistan and its adjoining region. Scattered rain and snowfall are likely to commence in Jammu and Kashmir by late evening or night, which will gradually cover many parts of the Western Himalayas. The weather in the Northwest plains will remain dry. Cold northerly winds will continue to blow in Northwest India. There may be a marginal increase in the minimum temperature of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan.
The weather in Central India will remain dry and cold. Due to the continuous flow of northerly winds, we expect temperatures of East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Vidharbha to drop. Whereas, a marginal increase in the temperature is likely in West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Konkan, and Goa.
The weather in the southern peninsula is expected to be dry. There may be a marginal drop in the night temperature of Telangana while the minimum of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka will rise. Isolated light rain is expected in Coastal Andhra Pradesh
Dry weather conditions will prevail in entire East India. The night temperature of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha may drop by 1-2 degrees Celsius. There is a Cyclonic Circulation over Northeast India due to which we expect isolated light rain in East Assam and Arunachal Pradesh
