Meanwhile in east and Northeast India, in absence of any weather system, dry weather will prevail over most parts of the region. East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar may witness further fall in day and night temperatures.

However due to easterly winds over Northeast India, day and night temperatures will increase by 1 to 2 degrees. Isolated pockets of Assam may also witness dense fog.

Down South, dry weather will persist over entire south peninsula. However, minimum temperatures of Telangana, North Interior Karnataka and Rayalaseema will remain below normal.
