Very Severe Cyclone Bulbul is moving in northerly direction towards Gangetic West Bengal and Bangladesh. In wake of this system, the sea conditions will be rough to very rough over North Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal coast. Also, heavy to very heavy rains are possible over North Coastal Andhra Pradesh. While moderate to heavy spells with one or two heavy spells can be seen over the Gangetic West Bengal. Scattered rains are possible over the remaining part of West Bengal, Interior Odisha, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Along with this, isolated light rains will be seen over the rest northeast India and parts of South Jharkhand. Meanwhile in central India, a Cyclonic Circulation is over South Gujarat and adjoining Konkan. Scattered light rains may continue over South Gujarat, parts of Madhya Maharashtra with isolated spells likely over Vidarbha, Marathwada, Konkan and Goa, parts of South and Southwest Madhya Pradesh. The weather of Chhattisgarh, and East Madhya Pradesh will be cloudy.
Down South, light to moderate rains are expected to continue over interior Tamil Nadu, Kerala, South Interior Karnataka. The weather conditions of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and North Interior Karnataka will be nearly dry. While there is a possibility that scattered rains may occur over the north coastal stations of Andhra Pradesh.

Up in the north, the Western Disturbance has moved away. Now the cold northerly winds will blow over the Northwestern Plains of our country. The remnants of Western Disturbance may give isolated rain and snow over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Whereas the weather over Northwestern plains will be dry.
Further there is a possibility that the minimums may fall by a couple of degrees over the northwestern plains. The pollution levels over Delhi and NCR will be in moderate to poor category with some places may reel under very poor conditions.
