IND v NZ: Rain free Mumbai to host first ODI

The Indian Cricket Team has had a busy season so far. So much so that the Men in Blue have been playing several series on their home ground. It began with Sri Lanka who played quite a few games on the Indian soil and was followed by Australia’s visit to India just a few days ago.

Now, it is the New Zealand who is on an India Tour and have already played two ODIs in Mumbai and Pune. The Kiwis are here for a 3 ODI and 3 T20 tours. Until now, the performance of both these teams have been spectacular and each one has won one game each.

Now, both the teams are all set to play the third match today. The third ODI will be played at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. As far as the weather conditions are concerned, the day is expected to be comfortable and players will not witness any uneasiness. However, as the day progresses, temperatures will witness a drop.

In fact, a slight nip in the air may be felt during the late evening/night hours. This will seem like a welcome weather for both the teams.

This game is the decider wherein whoever wins the game will be declared the victor of the ODI series. It will be interesting to wait and watch whether the New Zealanders will become chokers once again or do all that they can to take the series from India.
