MI v KXIP

The Indian Premier League has been all guns blazing and well fans have nothing to complain about. Tonight, the 24th game of the IPL 2019 will be played between the Mumbai Indians and the Kings XI Punjab at Mumbai’s home ground, Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

The match is scheduled to be played at 8 PM tonight and the weather conditions will remain in tandem with the game. Sky conditions in the city will remain clear with temperatures settling between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels will be on the higher side between 79 and 80 percent, however, northwesterly winds at 10 kmph will bring in some relief for the players.

Talking about the teams, Kings XI Punjab is currently third on the points table with 4 wins out of the six games played. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians stand fifth with three wins out of five. It will be interesting to see whether Rohit Sharma and company will be able to beat Ashwin and his boys. Chris Gayle may be able to cast some spell with his bat today while Bumrah may do some magic with the ball.

If yesterday’s match is to be talked, two of the strongest IPL teams of this season came head to head. However, Dhoni and co. were quick enough to restrict the KKR to a very low total and chased those winning runs in just about 17.2 overs.
