The Indian Premier League has not even reached halfway, and things have already gotten really thrilling as well as interesting. There are two games today, to get things up one level. One of these games is to be played between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals at 4:00 PM.
The second game is to be played between the Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the PCA Stadium in Mohali, Punjab at 8:00 PM tonight.
Weather wise, Mohali is expected to see some thunderstorm and dust storm however, by the time the game begins, the weather activity will take a backseat. Moreover, temperatures will settle between 27 and 30 degrees, with partly cloudy sky conditions.
Talking about the teams, it is Royal Challengers Bangalore who are struggling to register one win against any team. They have played six games until now, and unfortunately, lost all of them. They are just one loss away from creating a record successive loss track in any IPL season.
Moreover, if they lose this game, it does not seem like they will be able to revive from here and make their way into the knockouts as there are other teams, finding their way closer to the top at least.
On the other hand, the Kings XI Punjab have not lost any match on their home ground. However, in the last game against the Mumbai Indians at Wankhede, they did end up losing. It will be interesting to see which one wins and if this time the Challengers can be saved from being perished.
