
The North Indian Plains at one point of time were seeing cold wave conditions. In fact, these cold wave conditions were covering many parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha
On account of the continuous Western Disturbances, cold wave has already abated parts of North India as well as the central regions. Hills of North India have been observing fresh snowfall wherein the minimums have already seen a rise. In fact, cold wave has already abated and minimums may rise furthermore.
As per weather forecast, for the next six to seven days, the possibility of cold wave conditions anywhere is ruled out. Temperatures have come near normal levels and are likely to stay the same. Some increase in temperatures is expected, however, they won't shoot way above normal levels.
For the rest of the year, extreme cold conditions are not expected to be seen as back to back Western Disturbances will keep on approaching the hills of North India keeping cold wave at bay.
