Bengaluru, Chennai to swelter as mercury all set to soarBengaluru and Chennai, it is time to brace for some warmer weather conditions as the mercury is all set to rise over the garden city and the capital city of Tamil Nadu. Weather gods had begun to give signs of the upcoming heat for the past few days as temperatures were settling above the normal levels.

During the first half of the month of March, both the South Indian capital cities were witnessing slightly better conditions. As far as Bengaluru is concerned, the city also witnessed a few rainy spells in between with a day of heavy rainfall.

As we move closer towards April, weather conditions have started to get warmer with humid and almost hot conditions taking over. As per weathermen, the possibility of any rainfall activity is highly unlikely in the coming days. This is due to the unlikelihood of the formation of a weather system over the region during the next few days.

Thus, both these cities are expected to remain hot and humid in the coming days. Temperatures will continue to settle above the normal levels. In fact, maximums may end up settling close to 38 degrees.
