February 25, 2022 1:33 PM |

Capital city Delhi will witness last wet spell of Feb 2022, on 25th and 26th Feb. Partial cloud cover is expected by evening today and spread further to cover most parts of Delhi/NCR by early night.

Rain and thundershowers accompanied with squally winds are likely by midnight. Weather activity will continue on 26thFeb and wind up the next day.  Fair amount of sunshine can be expected on Sunday, with moderate cool breeze in the morning.

Pair of western disturbance is moving in quick succession across the northern mountains between 25th and 27thFeb. Yet another disturbance is expected between 01st and 03rdMar. There is an induced cyclonic circulation over North Rajasthan and Haryana.  All these days, Delhi gets mapped just on the outer peripheral of the weather activity. Accordingly, rain and thundershowers are likely to be light and moderate only, and also intermittent with sufficient breaks in between.

Minimum temperature will hover around 13-14°C for the next 2days and drop later on 28thFeb and 01stMar.  Lightening and thunderstorm with squally winds are expected tonight and tomorrow. No disruption is expected in the normal activities on account of bad weather spell.
