It seems the mother nature has no plans to show mercy over the state of Maharashtra as once again the dry weather has taken over the entire state. The temperature is settling above the normal range in most parts of Vidarbha, while in some places the temperature has soared near 38°C.

Easterly and northeasterly winds are blowing from light to moderate, while the coastal areas are observing north easterly dry and cold winds, thereby causing haziness around the coast.

Further, no significant weather system is prevailing over the area. However, a trough from coastal Karnataka to south Madhya Maharashtra can be seen in the lower levels. Due to this, the winds will blow from easterly to north easterly direction over Madhya Maharashtra, while north easterly along the coast, thereby resulting in rains over some parts.

On the other hand, light south easterly winds will blow over Marathwada and south Madhya Maharashtra.

Other than this, no large change in day temperature is likely, while night temperature is expected to drop marginally in some parts of Vidarbha and Madhya Maharashtra making the nights cool and pleasant.

In the coming days, sky might become party cloudy along the coast for sometime and thunder cloud may develop in some parts of extreme south Madhya Maharashtra and adjoining coastal areas with chances of few drops of rain for a short period.
