As per Skymet Weather, the intensity is likely to reduce, however light to moderate rains will continue over Konkan and Goa including Mumbai. One or two places over Mumbai may also receive heavy falls.

Weathermen foresee as the intensity of rains will now lessen thus there would be some relief from the heavy showers and water logging that brought normal life to some extent at halt.

So far in the month of July, Mumbai has recorded a whopping 722.5 mm of rain against its monthly average of 799.7 mm of rain. With about nine days left, the city is likely to surpass its monthly mean easily.
