Southwest Monsoon starts withdrawing from the country, beginning from Rajasthan, as September sets in and completely leaves the state by October starting. Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from the state of Rajasthan and the sky conditions are clear now.

In fact, now hot and dry northwesterly winds are blowing over the entire state. Unlike earlier, when winds were blowing from southeast direction. These winds were humid in nature and temperatures were mostly in mid 30s to higher 30s.

Now due to continuous clear sky conditions, bright sunshine and hot winds the day temperatures of many parts of Rajasthan have crossed the 40 degree mark.

An anti-cyclone has also formed over the central parts of the country. Due to this, we expect weather to remain almost dry and westerly winds are expected to continue. Therefore, temperatures of West Rajasthan are likely to remain high, making the days very hot.

However, due to the influence of a cyclonic circulation over Central Pakistan, isolated light rain and thundershower activity is possible over Northwest Rajasthan, i.e. Churu, Sri Ganganagar, Anupgarh, Hanumangarh etc.

Apart from this, a trough is also seen running from Southeast Arabian Sea to North Maharashtra Coast. Due to its influence isolated light rains may occur over the regions of Southeast Rajasthan. There will be a marginal relief over places like Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Bundi and Baran.

Sky conditions will become partly cloudy over these areas for the next two days but most parts of the Northern and Western districts will continue to sizzle with hot temperatures.
