
The state of Bihar has witnessed rains last week and more rainfall activity is expected to make an appearance soon. Rainfall activity is expected to be seen between May 28 and May 30. These rainfall activities will be seen more so along the foothills of Bihar.
The reason for these upcoming rains is an east west trough running across Indo Gangetic Plains including Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengal up until Northeast India from the Cyclonic Circulation over Rajasthan . Due to the oscillation of this trough, rainfall activity will see an intensification over the state of Bihar.
More prone regions will be the northern region of Bihar including the regions of Supaul, Motihari, Araria, West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Kishanganj, Purnea, Madhepura, Katihar, Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Saharsa, and Darbhanga. Other parts may see some lesser rains
Due to these upcoming rains, temperatures will see a drop and pleasant weather conditions are expected in these parts.
