At this stage, let us see how the weather would impact the agriculture

Cleaning of rain-damaged fields is advisable for the farmers of Vidarbha region. Farmers are suggested to lift the lodged field crops such as Wheat, Jowar, Safflower and Bengal gram from the soil.

In fruit and vegetable fields, remove the affected branches, crop parts and clean the field. To avoid the disease infestation due to hailstorms, it is advised to take preventative sprays. Farmers can continue the harvesting of Rabi crops.
