Hyderabad weather has been pleasant for quite a long time now. In fact, around December 20, the city of Nizams saw its minimum temperatures drop to a mere 10.8 degrees which happened to be below normal by a good 5 degrees Celsius.
However, gradually, as the days passed by, temperatures witnessed an increase. So much so that today, the capital city of Telangana recorded its minimum at 14.5 degrees. However, this was still a notch below the normal levels.
Currently, cool northeasterly winds are blowing over Telangana which has caused a drop in the minimum temperatures.
As far as the days are concerned, warm weather conditions with sunny skies are observed over the city. The maximum temperature has been settling close to 31 degrees which is slightly above the normal levels.

For the next 48 hours, cool northeasterly winds will continue to blow over the state due to which minimums may drop by 1 or 2 degrees.
However, thereafter, a low-pressure area which has developed over Southeast Bay of Bengal is expected to move in a northwest direction. Thus, winds may change over Telangana around December 29. These winds will be humid in nature and may result in the increase in minimums over Telangana. Thus, the city of Hyderabad will continue to observe pleasant weather conditions.
