The low pressure area instrumental for rain in Gujarat, Rajasthan and west Madhya Pradesh found stationed over Gujarat. The weather system will continue to give rain over north Gujarat and adjoining areas of south Rajasthan. Many places in these areas will get moderate rain while one or two places could also get heavy rain during the next two days. The southwesterly winds from the Arabian Sea will continue to feed moisture to the system.
The same winds will reach up to Delhi, Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh raising possibility of thunder developments in the areas in the next 24 to 48 hours. Due to clouds, temperatures will remain below average in some parts of northwest plains.
