In the month of May, overall the cyber city has recorded 242.4 mm of rainfall. This means, that this year, Bengaluru has been able to observe more than twice the amount of rains.

During the last 24 hours as well, some light showers were recorded over Bengaluru. These weather conditions can be attributed to the presence of a trough that is extending from North Maharashtra Coast to Kerala. This system is further likely to get more marked.
