At present, Uttar Pradesh has been witnessing different shades of weather. While few areas have been witnessing rains and thundershowers, several other areas are witnessing hot and humid weather conditions.
At present, rain bearing clouds have been hovering over West Uttar Pradesh over places like Agra, Etah, Aligarh, Bulandshahar, Firozabad, Hathras, Kasganj, Mainpuri and Mathura. Rains and thundershowers accompanied with squally winds may start lashing the cities anytime soon.
According to Skymet Weather, a trough has been running across the northwestern plains. Also, a cyclonic circulation is prevailing over East Uttar Pradesh. Both these systems have been have led to increase in moisture incursion over the state.
Weather conditions will remain conducive for rains to continue over these regions tomorrow as well.
Meanwhile, parts of central and East Uttar Pradesh will have to wait for another 24 hours to record rain activity. According to weathermen, the circulation is likely to get more marked as humid winds from Bay of Bengal will start reaching the region.
With this, places such as Lucknow, Varanasi, Allahabad and Gorakhapur will start recording fresh spell of pre-Monsoon rain and thundershowers June 16 onwards.
