Heavy Monsoon showers have been shying away from parts of Telangana during the last two to three days. As far as the city of Hyderabad is concerned, the city of Nizams has only been witnessing traces of rainfall during the last few days. In fact, there also have been times when there has been a no show in terms of rain activities.
The last 24 hours were also similar for both Hyderabad as well as other parts of Telangana. While Hyderabad witnessed a mere trace of rain, there very occurrences of very light rains over other areas of Telangana as well.

The reduction in rainfall activities have been attributed to the absence of any significant weather system over the region.

However, the northern parts of Telangana which lies close to the state of Chhattisgarh are expected to witness some increase in rainfall activities. In fact, these areas may also witness some good showers in the coming days.
After 24 hours, a cyclonic circulation which will be forming over Jharkhand and adjoining areas will move westwards towards Chhattisgarh and adjoining states. Thus, more showers will be seen over these areas.
However, the city of Hyderabad will not witness very good rains as weather system will not be in proximity of Hyderabad.
