Apart from a few isolated stations of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the weather of both the has remained dry for the last couple of days. On the last day too, Hyderabad witnessed some light traces of rains meanwhile most of the other stations of the youngest state of the country remained dry.
In the span of 24 hours from 08:30 am on Thursday, Hyderabad recorded 0.2 mm of rains. While the other stations mainly remained dry.
As of now also, we do not expect much weather activity to continue over these areas. However, parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh, mainly north coastal stations of the state in cities like Kalingapatnam and Vishakhapatnam may receive few spells of rain, but the weather of Telangana would remain dry and hot.
Though the possibilities of some isolated thunder activities over Telangana including in Hyderabad cannot be ruled out over the state. The intensity of rain may increase around the month-end and during that time scattered rains may occur leading to some relief.
As per Skymet Weather, a trough was passing through the central parts of the country to interior Karnataka across Telangana. In the wake of this, Hyderabad recorded some rains. But now this trough has weakened and is extending from north interior Karnataka to Tamil Nadu which is why rains reduced.
However, this trough is expected to develop over the region once again during the month-end.
