The Safdarjung Observatory on Friday morning recorded the night temperature at 9°C , two notches below normal While, the Palam Observatory recorded 11°C as the minimum temperature, 1°C above normal. Skymet's Meteorology Division in India predicts minimums to rise further on Saturday. But as the weather clears up minimums are again expected to drop from Sunday onwards.

The latest weather update by Skymet's Meteorology Division in India explains that the day temperatures in Delhi will now drop marginally.
