Sunny days and cool nights to continue over pleasant Bengaluru

The cyber city of India has been reeling under dry weather conditions for quite some time now. So much so that no rainfall activity was witnessed over Bengaluru in the past weeks. In fact, January is considered as the driest month for the city, with the average rainfall of 1.9 mm.

Barring rains, dense fog was observed over parts of the city, but even that was short lived and did not continue more than an hour or so. As of now, day temperatures are settling near the normal level, while minimums are hovering below the normal.

As on January 31, Bengaluru recorded a maximum of 29.2°C and minimum of 15°C.

Further, days are anticipated to remain warm and sunny, with maximums settling in the range of 28 and 29 degree Celsius. Meanwhile nights would be cool and comfortable, with temperatures ranging between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.

As per Skymet Weather, the weather will remain mostly pleasant over the region, with no significant weather activity foreseen for at least a week.

The average monthly rainfall for the month of February stands at 5.4 mm. Let’s hope that some rains occur, turning into a delight for the residents of the IT hub of India.
