After recording 196.4 mm of heavy rain, Sriganganagar in Rajasthan topped the list of rainiest cities in India on Thursday. Muktasar, Faridkot and Ferozepur in Punjab are some new entrants to the list. According to the latest weather update by Skymet Meteorology Division in India, isolated heavy showers will be experienced in Punjab in next 24 hours.
