Thereafter, between October 15-17, rains will not only be seen over the hills but also cover the plains including parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and even Delhi. The most amount of the spread in rain can be seen on the 16th and 17th. Clearance will start October 18th onward for the plains.
