Nashik is famous for the Trimbakeswar Temple and is also the wine capital of the country. It is now known for producing some of the best wines in the world. It is also India's fastest growing cities. Nashik enjoys all the three seasons.
Winter starts in December and lasts till February. Temperatures remain moderate with maximum touching early thirties sometimes. Morning minimums settle around 10 to 12°C.
Summer is quite hot in Nashik with maximums touching forties occasionally making it difficult for travel enthusiasts to tour the place. Minimum temperatures also remain in the early twenties during this period.
Monsoon starts in June and lasts till September. Good amounts of rain occurs during these months and could be a good choice for those who want to visit temples while enjoying rainy weather.
High temperatures during summers and rain during monsoon leave only winters to be a good time to visit the place. October to March is the best time for sightseeing due to the comfortable temperatures.
