Nandurbar is a city situated in the Nandurbar district of Maharashtra. It is a well-known tribal area and has mainly hilly regions. Narmada River forms the northern and northeastern boundary of the district.

The summer season in Nandurbar lasts from March to May and is characterized by extremely uncomfortable and hot conditions. The maximum temperature can go up to 40°C and minimums hover around 25°C. It is not advisable to visit the place during summer months.

Another popular tourist destination in the Nandurbar district is the Dakshin Kasi. It is an important religious spot where many devotees and pilgrims can be seen almost throughout the year. In fact, there are many temples which you should visit while travelling to the city of Nandurbar. These include Toranmal Shiva Temple, Narayan Pur and Dattatreya Temple. The fort of Akka Rani is also an interesting place to visit. Even the 105 feet hanuman statue is worst seeing.
