House plants are not just to enhance the aesthetic beauty of the house, but these plants are rather good for the human health too. Plants combat the chemicals in the air and make it safer to breathe. With Delhi’s air getting worse by the day, what else can be a better alternative to air purifiers than planted pots?

Here are twelve plants which can be comfortably grown indoors and be tapped for the healthy benefits they offer.

1. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera clears the air of chemicals often found in cleaning products, such as benzene and formaldehyde. Aloe comes in all shapes and sizes. The Aloe plant is small enough to fit comfortably in a small corner of the room.
