Notably, there is a heat wave period expected on May 8th and 9th when daily maximum temperatures could reach as high as 42°C. However, we don't anticipate any severe heat waves with sustained daily maximums above 45°C during this forecast window. Humidity levels will vary between moderate to high, but rain is minimal except for some precipitation on May 9th and a brief shower on the 14th. Wind speeds will be generally light to moderate with an average wind speed of around 15 km/h by week's end.
