From May 10th through 18th, we are entering a heat wave period where daily highs will range between 27°C and 46°C, peaking at around 39°C on average during this time. On the last three days of this heatwave (May 15th to 18th), temperatures may reach severe levels with averages nearing 37-45°C daily highs, indicating a period of extreme conditions where caution is advised due to potential health risks associated with such intense heat. Following the end of this heat wave on May 19th, cooler and more comfortable temperatures are anticipated, averaging around 32-35°C for the remainder of the week.
