Australia Bushfires

As had been reiterated, there has been some rain in Australia where bushfires have been wreaking havoc. Temperatures in some parts have also seen a drop, however, as per Australia, warnings will continue as the blazes will once again set off.

Rainfall activity had been observed over the East Coast, from areas of Sydney up till Melbourne. Moreover, some heavy rains were observed over New South Wales as well. However, temperatures are all set to witness an increase by Thursday.

Moreover, Victoria and New South Wales fires could even merge to create a mega blaze. Today has been about recovery, and officials will ensure that the displaced are safely put wherever they are. There was some respite, but the pollution remained very high.

As per meteorologists, visibility in the city of Melbourne was very less than 1 km in many parts. The previous weekend saw a huge amount of crisis with several hundreds of properties being destroyed. Red skies, smoke as well as falling ash was not a very irregular feature.

Due to the weather change however, there have been no emergency warnings. For Victoria, the watch and act alert were 25, and only one in South Australia. For New South Wales, the fires were at advice level, which is the lowest.

However, it is a respite for just a day or two, and the fires will once again take off. The Australian PM has said that over 100,000 Australian Dollars will be released for the purpose of disaster relief, and 2 billion will be used for recovery in the coming two years.
