These rains can be attributed to a cyclonic circulation that is over southern parts of Gujarat. Along with this, a Western disturbance is seen over North Pakistan and its induced cyclonic circulation lies over Central Pakistan.

With the combined effect of these weather features, light to moderate rain and thunderstorm may occur over many places of Central Punjab and Baluchistan. In fact, heavy spells cannot be ruled out at one or two places. Meanwhile, scattered rain may occur over South Sindh.
