Wettest Day of the Month for Delhi NCR

Delhi recorded its heaviest rainfall of July yesterday, with Safdarjung logging 68 mm — the highest daily figure of the month so far. Ridge topped the charts with 130 mm, marking the first three-digit rainfall event this July. South Delhi saw short but intense cloudbursts that flooded roads, with knee-deep water in some stretches.

More rain is likely this week, extending into early August.
