In absence of any Western Disturbance, dry and clear weather will prevail over both the plains and hills of North India.

Cold and dry northwesterly winds will start blowing across the northwestern plains paving way for clear sky and bright sunshine. This will keep the days warm and comfortable but nights will be slightly cold.

A cyclonic circulation is seen over Meghalaya and adjoining areas. Due to this easterly winds are blowing over the northeastern region that may give light rains over Arunachal Pradesh. Rest of the Northeast and East India will remain dry.

Moving into the central region, a trough can be seen extending from North Interior Karnataka to central parts of Madhya Pradesh.

With this, we can expect light rains over parts of East Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. Increased humidity will also lead to increase in minimum temperatures across these areas.

Meanwhile in absence of any significant weather system, South India will continue dry and warm weather conditions.
