These weather conditions can be attributed to an upper air trough which is seen extending from the east-central Arabian Sea up to southwest Bay of Bengal across North interior Karnataka and Rayalaseema.

Due to this weather system, light rain and thundershower activities are expected to occur at a few places over Telangana as well as over Hyderabad during the next 24 hours.

Thereafter, the intensity of these rains is likely to reduce gradually. With this, the clouding over the region will also decrease after 24 hours. During this period, warm and dry weather conditions are anticipated to take over the entire state for the next few days.

Accordingly, day temperatures are expected to rise marginally while the minimums are likely to remain around 22-24 degrees Celsius.
