Bengaluru rains have been on its peak for quite some time. Weather conditions have remained pleasant with temperatures remaining quite close to the normal levels.

So much so that the city even surpassed its monthly mean. In fact, Bengaluru recorded a whopping 118.4 mm of rainfall in the month of May against its monthly average of 107 mm.

During the last 24 hours, Bengaluru remained dry with the city only observing cloudy sky conditions. Rains remained in hiding at least for yesterday.

However, rain gods are likely to make an appearance during the evening hours today and good rains are likely to continue tomorrow as well.

Currently, a trough is running from Telangana to North Tamil Nadu which was earlier over South Interior Karnataka. Thus, Bengaluru may become cloudy during late evening or night. Also, chances of rain and thunderstorm are also likely.
