May 17, 2023 6:24 PM |

Around this time, Pre Monsoon activities are expected over the central parts of the country. However, this time, central parts of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh are observing hot weather conditions with no signs of rain. Moreover, after 48 hours, temperatures will see a rise in these parts after 48 hours.

Vidarbha and East Madhya Pradesh have already started to see maximums above 40 degrees. Other parts will now see an increase in the maximum temperatures.

No heat wave in the country is being observed except in the interior parts of Andhra Pradesh. Central parts which are known for their heat are escaping heat wave and we do not expect heat wave in the next few days despite the fact that a rise in temperature is likely.
