A well-marked low pressure is over South Haryana and adjoining Southwest Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

A trough is extending from Jammu and Kashmir to West Madhya Pradesh across Punjab and Rajasthan and well-marked low-pressure area.

A cyclonic circulation is seen over central parts of Assam.

Another cyclonic circulation is over North Coastal Karnataka.

An anti-cyclone is over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Coastal Odisha.

A third cyclonic circulation lies over North Andaman Sea.

Weather Activity in last 24 hours

During the last 24 hours, moderate to heavy rains with few extremely heavy showers occurred over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, parts of Punjab and Haryana.

Light to moderate rains with few heavy spells occurred over East Rajasthan and parts of North Gujarat, South Interior Karnataka and East Assam.

Light to moderate rains were observed over Interior Tamil Nadu, West Uttar Pradesh and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Weather Forecast for tomorrow

During the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rains with one or two extremely heavy showers are expected to continue over parts of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Light to moderate rains with few heavy spells are likely over East Punjab, North Haryana and Northwest Uttar Pradesh.

Light to moderate rains are expected over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, parts of Odisha, Interior Karnataka, Interior Tamil Nadu and parts of Konkan & Goa.

Light rain will occur over rest most parts of the country.
