Over the next few days, temperatures will start to rise after day 1, reaching an average of around 34.7°C on June 13th and gradually increasing until hitting a peak in the mid-30s by the end of week two. Although there will be some cloud cover throughout this period, it's worth noting that we have been experiencing heat waves from June 13th to June 20th - with temperatures ranging between 26°C and a high of around 42°C daily. However, the severe heat wave window is over for now as no days are expected to reach or exceed 45°C in temperature. With heavy rainfall on June 21st and 22nd, expect some cooler temperatures during those days with a drop down to an average of around 26°C by the weekend. Stay prepared for intermittent showers throughout these first two weeks!
