In the next 15 days, temperatures will gradually rise from around 23°C to a peak of 38°C on May 24th. We're not expecting any prolonged heat waves with daily highs reaching or exceeding 40°C. Similarly, severe heat wave conditions won't be present as the maximum temperatures will stay below 45°C. Initially, we'll experience cloudy conditions on May 23rd but then enjoy a sunny day on May 24th with an average temperature of around 29.7°C. The following days will continue to be mostly sunny and warm, with temperatures hovering between 23-38°C throughout the week. On May 31st, we'll see a significant drop in temperature down to as low as 22°C along with some heavy rainfall of up to 11mm due to an impending thunderstrom. However, this will be followed by cooler and cloudier conditions on June 1st and 2nd with temperatures averaging between 23-24°C. In summary, the week ahead will start off a bit cooler but gradually warm up to reach peak summer temperatures mid-week before experiencing an unexpected rainy period towards the end of the forecast window.
