The national capital Delhi has seen rains last night and continued during the early morning hours. These rains are expected to continue over Delhi for the next two to three days. On June 19 and 20, rains will be slightly more as compared to other days.
Earlier rains were seen only during the late evening/night hours along with morning hours. However, on June 19 and 20, rain spread and intensity over Delhi will be during the daytime as well.
Rains over Delhi have already resulted in a drop in temperatures and maximums have been settling below the 40-degree mark. Rainfall activity over Delhi may see a reduction around June 21 and 22, thereafter only isolated activity will be seen.
We can wait for the arrival of Monsoon rains during the fag end of June, which will furthermore bring in some more rains and pleasant weather Delhi's way.
