Beginning with North India, a fresh Western Disturbance is over Jammu and Kashmir. Its induced Cyclonic Circulation is over North Rajasthan. Thus, light rain and snow may commence in a few parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and in one or two pockets of Himachal Pradesh and upper reaches of Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, dense fog is likely in northern plains, however, temperatures may increase by a couple of degrees in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and adjoining area. Delhi Pollution will remain in poor to very poor category.
In Central India, a Confluence Zone is expected to form over the central parts of the country. Therefore, scattered light to moderate rain will commence in Vidarbha, Marathwada and parts of Madhya Pradesh. Nagpur, Akola and Jabalpur may see these rains. On the other hand, weather of Mumbai, Pune and Nashik will be dry. Minimums are expected to increase in Central India including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and South Rajasthan.
Down South, due to moisture feed from the Bay of Bengal, scattered light to moderate rains are possible in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and adjoining North Tamil Nadu including Chennai. The confluence zone will be instrumental in giving rain in parts of Telangana including Hyderabad while isolated showers are likely in Interior Karnataka and Kerala. On the other hand, the weather in Bengaluru will be dry.
In East and Northeast India, a Cyclonic Circulation is over the eastern parts of Bangladesh. Easterly winds will commence in East India which may increase the minimums to some extent. However, dense fog is likely in East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Sub Himalayan West Bengal during morning hours. The weather of East and entire Northeast India will be dry.
