A fresh Western Disturbance is seen over Jammu and Kashmir. Hence, rains are likely to increase over the state. Talking about its adjacent states, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will continue with light to moderate rains. Meanwhile, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh may receive isolated rains.
Moving onto central region, good rains are possible over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh. Whereas light to moderate showers may occur over parts of Vidarbha and Marathwada regions. Gujarat will see isolated rains but southern districts of the state may record one or two good spell.
Moving to east & northeast side, a cyclonic circulation is marked over East Odisha. With this, light to moderate rains are expected over Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha. While scattered light rain will occur over Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and northeastern states.

Down South, the rain intensity will increase along the West Coast, particularly over Konkan and Goa and Coastal Karnataka. Few moderate to heavy spells are anticipated over the areas.

Meanwhile, light to moderate rains are likely over Madhya Maharashtra, Interior Karnataka and Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light rains will continue over Rayalaseema, Telangana and Interior Tamil Nadu.
